I was sure I asked robin to help with Qum research but during third arclent war this option appeared:
Force Aram back: +5 Aram CD, +2 IKD CD, -5 Army Size, +2 Instability
Force the succubi back: +2 Aram CD, +5 IKD CD, -5 Army Size, +2 Instability
Stand in the center: +2 Aram CD, +2 IKD CD, -10 Army Size, +1 Instability

and during mourning i did not find this:

If Robin did Qum's research, one of the people it affected is here contemplating the experience.

so I did an error and didn't research it? in last reasearch iteration i had nothing to research

EDIT: during petitions i was able to accepy all petitions, except the useless one (slime hunting, merchant 50000 sx and maramite articfact), i bypassed all possible petitions and the conditional appearance were: riala excavation, aram overxtention and deed to vinario, and i accepted all of them. Even the 4 bonus request appeared.
So except the -10 army, not researching qum research has no more consequence?
CD and instability have no more effect after third arclent war?

Last thing: i have 2,347,500 Pron for investement after war, is it good? one investement i missed was merchant guild membership because i did have 1Milion pron liquid

Kebler if you recover the aka's cure in simon's route, yes, you should allow qum's research, complete all the research in chapter 3 is of utmost importance, [robin is able to pursuit her special project after the war], but if you don't wast the reunion round to develope aka's cure you will have a free research slot. the one qum can use.

the problemi is i was sure i developed qum research, but in third arclant war i had the option
"Force Aram back; Force the succubi back; Stand in the center" and in cemetery there wasn't a person commenting qum research, it means it wasn't developed? probably didn't save after i selected "research with robin" and then i loaded a game sure i already developed it. I did aka cure without research

Kebler with the qum research done you don't have to choice between force aram/succbi/center, but qum will take the matter in her hands and deliver her bomb. so no, you miss the research (and the fact you don't have nothing to research the last opportuinity is the same)

did you see the "Fuckety Fuck" scene with Hilstara, Lynine, Megail, Varia, Qum getting hit with Qum's bomb?
if not, then you missed 'Qum Special Project' research.

without create a new topic, in chapter 4 i started the first research after the second visit at tower and after the tyna call for succession crisis; It is ok or i had to start the research before the second visit at tower (when you deal with the 4 anomalies)?

Kebler if you start the research before respond to tyna call is ok. when you end that segment the research will be complete and you can choose the next. a research will be complete every time you receive new ProN from megail, so after the take pron go to riala and set ne next research, and you are ok.

chapter 4 is similar to chapter 3 (and at least the chapter 5 we can play) an open world segment when you do 'thing', a story focused section and then the open world section.
