Suggestion in use of Discretionary funding

This is my situation with funding, I am at "govern yhilin 3" i received 100% funds and already used 25%.
green = can be funded
grey = already funded
orange = not available
option not shown are already funded or not available (recover from damage)

noble acceptance is at level 4/5; and in yhilin battle I got best results.

I am thinking on doing "elven region improvement" and "mercenary regulation" and "shrine" with 5% remaining

OR shrine + magical standardization and then 10% for fancy walk (I will have discipline 10 next round)

Then "ardhoeim border reinforcement" and "national succubus trade", assuming I will receive 100% again.

What do you think? If i fund border reinforcement in last round it will be effective in the next war or it need more time to be effective?

EDIT: after i have choosen northern site and got 11 point in trading meeting, the noble liasion doesn't give me anymore the option to fund noble campaing and i can answer with "never" to noble asking for noble gratuity, so i guees i reached the max level (more than 25 victory points) and pacified the nobility but there is not the option to fund doomed king statue, it will be available in next round?

It is difficult to give perfect advice without knowing more about your playthrough, but I will try my best. You're still gonna get another 150% DF total to spend in future rounds.

First, in optimized playthroughs you should be able to have 10 discipline during "Govern Yhilin 3", if your Intelligence is 10 and your Discipline is 9, go to the room that hosts your orc allies and you should be able to meet a blue imp there, talking with him should increase your discipline to 10 and lower the price for "Fancy walk". If that doesn't work but you're sure you're gonna get enough discipline next round then I think it is okay to wait until the next round.

The doom king statue should be available next round.

The order for the remaining investments isn't super important, you shouldn't get the shrine unless you can't afford the aid station and you need to get "National Succubus trade" by the next round. A potential route would be:

Elven Ghetto + Magic Standardization + Fancy Walk (if you got the discount). DF = 5 or 15.
+50 DF
Fancy Walk (if you didn't get it during the previous round) + National Succubus Trade (with the discount). DF = 5
+100 DF
Doom King Statue + Ardoheim Border + City Mercenaries + First Aid Station. DF = 0

I will get 150% DF more, that's nice, I thought only 100%

I used your file before Arfard; then during conference i got all objective (vault war opened, no new unpeople, no orc extermination).
For orc breeding i used "other", then discipline and in this round i have 9-8-9 and did another +1 discipline. I checked but there is no blue imp in the room with other orcs.

I follow your suggestion for DF use, thanks

Kebler Yeah, normally the order people use for orc breeding is Discipline -> Intelligence -> Other.

I strongly recommend you change your last orc breeding decision to be Intelligence instead of another round of Discipline. The blue imp spawns when your orc intelligence is 10, and talking with him gives +1 to Discipline, so you could have 8-10-10 if you do one round of Intelligence.

Also make sure to speak with the blue imp before talking with Orcent next round if you do that, having 10 discipline gives a bonus to Orcent's transformation.

Kebler for the best result in orc evolution you need to increase inteligence and discipline once and evolve them (the 'other' option). there are only three opportunity to work on orc stat, so there isn't any leeway in that regard.
