SL did put a lot of misleading names to troll dataminers in the past, especially concerning the Little Girl.

I think it's likely that this is a troll name, but the LG impressing on the crystal and hence to Hester gets the place as "second most likely" IMO.

As was mentioned higher, Hester RP score also gets a bonus depending on HQ hospitality, so it being the actual Hester RP score is a rather distant possibility.
