So here's the list of fixes implemented in 1.2.0. There was a lot. A lot of it is "Ghostbusting" to prevent dead characters from appearing in game. Sierra may have told me I need to cut back on the bug hunting. Somehow we did all this but I didn't adequately test the Ledger Script and it's causing a fatal crash at the end of the Erosian War.
This was my summary of the effort:
I can't guarantee that I or someone else won't give me an idea for an entirely new class of Postgame edge cases... But I agree we've probably got all the low hanging fruit. And the high hanging fruit. And the fruit on the ground. And we roughed up some kids who snuck into the orchard to steal some fruit and took it back. And we've returned triumphant from the Tower from our fight with the magical entity representing the abstract concept of "fruitiness".
The snark may gradually escalate as the list goes on.

NOTE THAT ALL LIMITATIONS TO DEAD CHARACTERS DO NOT APPLY IF THEY ARE REVIVED UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTED.
- Healing component of Qum + Yarra synergy Mass Kiss edited so it will not fire at the start of the next battle if the damage component kills the last enemy.
- Altina's Arcane Storm edited so that the 2nd and 3rd elemental AOE spells will not fire at the start of the next battle if the 1st spell kills the last enemy.
- Revision of of code for Wendis + Wynn scene (with skeleton Wendis), to prevent it from being triggered after Wendis' new body is created.
- Ivala's appearance in Carina's Doggy Spread affection scene is now conditional on her joining the harem.
- Ivala does not appear in Ginasta's Harem affection scene if she has not yet joined the harem.
- Fuani is replaced by a random maid in the Lilith: Chaos scene in which she appears if she had been killed in the Final Battle.
- Janine is no longer mentioned in the Solo Harem scene (Zelica's JOI in the Incubus Prison) if she has not yet joined the harem.
- Tutorial Book image changes are dependent on the event of her joining the party, not on her being in the active party.
- Note added to Introduction explaining autosave and the save system.
- Revision of Stineford entrance guard's dialogue on Tyna to account for her being dead DESPITE having gotten married.
- You can no longer have the conversation about Ulrissa and Givini identity looking at the dragon skeleton in the Aram Desert in the Postgame.
- Aka's Route "Plight of the Poor" quest can now be marked as fully completed.
- If you can't complete the written exam portion of the Order Trials in Aka's Route because Trin completed a test other than the "highly, highly specialized" one and is tired, Robin will give you advice on how to get her motivated again when trying to move on.
- Qum bypassing the ogre boobjob scene with a hug scene should be mechanically identical to doing it now, deducting 3 points of Qum Mood if available for +1 Empress Approval and +5 Fheliel RP much later.
- Bypassing the Orc Council scene should now be mechanically identical to doing it.
- Gathering Orgy now bypassable with no effect on gameplay.
- With Nalili's Request's sexual training in the crypt, the roleplaying training with Nalili dressed as a priestess is now incorrectly conditional on Wendis' body being restored. The Nalili Toys scene with Wendis that is the next available one at this location is the one that should have been conditional.
- Yarra can't comment that Tyna is having sex now when trying to climb the stairs in her quarters in the NW corner of Ardford Castle unless she is married.
- Tyna will thank you if you used the Final Potion on her now.
- Tyna will no longer appear in the castle library in the Postgame if she is not married, dies and is revived with the final potion.
- The scene in the former room of the Aramite ambassador from the Ardan Succession crisis phase 1 where we get further backstory for Kalant can no longer happen after the meeting with Alonon. (This could break game progression by moving you to now closed maps.)
- Tyna will no longer appear in the room of the Aramite ambassador in the Postgame if she is not married, dies and is revived with the final potion.
- If Luanell is told to court Bhakan, she will now not appear in Ardford until Ch 5.
- The Dwarven Council representative at the Ardford Embassies will just fuck off and leave in the Postgame if you never achieved Eustrin Final.
- Can't access the Dari's Quest version of the cathedral in the Postgame if you start the quest but don't bother to finish it.
- Can't invest in the Ardford Restaurant in the Postgame anymore.
- Wandering guard in Ardford business district no longer unaware that Tyna is dead (if she dies).
- Ivala's Followers scene can't happen now it Ivala has not joined the harem.
- Varia doesn't speak in the Postgame visit to the hidden port if she's dead.
- Can't invest in the Yhilin Bank in the Postgame.
- Can shop at Premium Steel in Ch 3 if you didn't invest in it in Ch 2 now.
- Yarra is aware that you have a Liquid Sex in Ch 3 if you do, but will tell you Yhilin is not yet ready to make her pin.
- Blocked from entering House of Petitions in the Postgame if Yhilin Final never achieved.
- Can no longer invest in Yhilini Succubi Trade in the Postgame.
- Janine has unique dialogue in the Postgame if Yhilin Final is never achieved.
- Can now buy overpriced potions from the potion stall in the Ari-Yhilina Square if Economic Chaos condition hasn't been fixed.
- Slum House of Petitions in the OLD slums is now locked if Yhilin Final is never achieved.
- If Altina left the party in Ch 2 to stay in the slums and Yhilin Final is never achieved, she just fucks off and leaves by the Postgame.
- If you start the Aka Learning Storgan subquest AFTER taking care of all the business you have in Theltiar in the first visit to the Elven Forests in Ch 3... and then NEVER visit Theltiar again until the Postgame, you won't be able to have the conversation where Aka talks to Altina about learning Storgan in the Postgame.
- Theltiar Flowhouse can no longer be purchased in the Postgame.
- Failsafe against the possibility of accessing the content for searching the empty room in the Royal Palace during the Ziratia Visit after Ch 3, potentially causing visitations by undead Varia and/or Altina.
- Neranda can no longer muse on the future of Eustrin's mausoleum following her joining the harem if she is dead.
- Can't invest in the Eustrin Guild in the Postgame.
- Sex education succubus who appears after Eustrin Final identifies herself as working for Eustrin rather than Queen Neranda if Neranda has been "deaded".
- If the player has had their base damaged during the Erosian Prelude and was too damned cheap or lazy to pay to fix it, it will be quietly repaired in the time skip before the Postgame.
- Reviving Neranda with the Final Potion now works correctly.
- If you couldn't be bothered to rebody Wendis or get Simon's Mojo back before the Final Battle and somehow still get to the Postgame, both have happened in the background during the timeskip. (This means there was no need to code for Wendis trying to participate in a double blowjob scene with Yarra while still a skeleton; and that Sierra's threat to resolve the problem by skeletonizing Yarra for consistency and verisimilitude was, in fact, a jest.)
- Megail just stops you from even considering buying the Deeds of Vinario in the 3rd Arclent War Aftermath if you triggered the Investment Pity II adjustment back at the Reunion. Her refusal does not cause the score penalties that would be triggered by refusing normally.
- If you defer the conversation with Aka in the HQ Courtyard until after the Incubus War and Trin has died, Simon will no longer speak of her as living in that conversation.
- Can't buy Orc Lab Upgrade in the Postgame.
- If you interact with the suit of armor in the HQ Courtyard you get for Eustrin Final and Neranda's dead, the dialogue is different, as is the banner for completing the Tyna's marriage subquest if Tyna died afterwards.
- Lilith does not refer to Trin as if she were alive when teaching Robin Silent Dark if she's dead.
- It should now actually be possible for Yarra to yell at you for having an undersized harem in the Postgame, assuming you managed to get there with 21 ladies or fewer.
- Ginasta going off the reservation in the Final Battle, and freaking out to fight on her own removes her from the harem menu in the Postgame until you speak to her in Westbrook village and she rejoins.
- For years and years now, every time the big scene in the HQ Basement where Robin outs herself as a harem member in the Erosian Prelude happens, players who chose to proceed with Cockwhore Altina might have noticed that she didn't join the rest of the harem in sending energy to Simon's spirit bomb, but was standing in her corner of the spare sex room like she always does (presumably quietly masturbating). This was an error. And this Altina sprite will not appear in that big scene going forward.
- Ulrissa's books have alternate dialogue for them assuming she died because Lilith wasn't there in the Final Battle.
- Wendis joining the harem adds Wendis's portrait in the harem menu, as opposed to Sabitha's. (This implies that no one has looked at the harem menu since about the Erosian War.)
- If you let Altina stand there waiting to have a heart to heart talk with Riala about her imprisonment and gang rape for almost all of Ch4 and Ch5, she eventually says "Fuck it!" after the Incubus War and leaves and you can no longer have the conversation and its RP.
- If you used Trin to copy the orc that Orcent can take a dive to in the 2nd Gathering solo fights, and you don't bother to talk to him in Cee'Kan until after Trin dies, Trin and her copy are not mentioned when you do.
- The chest in the Tak'Kan Wilds with the Orc Hero Sword will disappear if Ralke dies before you open it.
- If you miss the confrontation between Bhakan and Farnan in the Givini Equipment Shop in the 1st bit of the Ardan Succession Crisis, you can no longer trigger it by wandering into the shop in the free roam before you meet Xerces in the Holy Plane of the Tower.
- You can no longer do the Yarra's Quest Gauntlet of Isolation dungeon if you haven't rebodied Wendis and fucked Ivala.
- If you get access to the Yarra's Quest Gauntlet of Isolation dungeon prior to the Final Battle but don't actually DO it, you can no longer attempt it in the Postgame.
- For a wide variety of reasons relating to having to otherwise revise a lot of art, it is now mandatory that you fuck Uyae before beginning the Erosian Prelude.
- Can't do the Mithyn + Grynyth threesome scene if Mithyn has not joined the harem.
- Sabitha joining the harem adds Sabitha's portrait in the harem menu, as opposed to Wendis's. (See above and fuck the harem menu.)
- You should no longer be able to FINISH Iris's quest in the Tower HQ if you started it and made enough progress to finish it before the Final Battle, but never did finish it.
- Can't buy Yhilini Brothel Reform in the Postgame if you only managed to achieve Yhilin Final in Ch 5 any more.
- Hiding NSFW scene art should now correctly block the Mithyn blow/throatjob scene art if Grynyth chooses to look at it again during the Goddess Trainer sequence. (YW, Pipsqueak.)
- If Tyna died in the Final Battle and did not get revived, Donovan is now aware of this in the Postgame.
- The Grynyth: Goddesses affection scene now can not happen unless both Ivala and Mithyn have joined the harem.
- Can't give a divine shard to Varia, Altina or Neranda after they're dead any more.
- Minor fix to bug in BGM controls in Second Gathering section.
- Brief dialogue exchange on the LoB's Island in the Incubus War has consistent handling of Dominated/Reshaped Varia variations.
- The conversation between Simon and Vhala about Alonon and his ultimate fate that is supposed to happen after the first meeting with him in the Tower while Tyna is being declared heir is now blocked from happening after his actual death in the Incubus War.
- The poster advertising for someone to investigate the Pool of Destiny in the Renthnor Wilds Guild is no longer present if Varia is dead.
- We are absolutely goddamned sure that the Harem Count variable is correct after Ginasta rejoins, at any rate.
- Assuming you first talk to the Mother's Guard representative in the Altina's Quest's Forgotten Glade before Grynyth graduates from the Goddess Trainer, but don't select one of their options and leave, if you come back again AFTER Grynyth has graduated she'll quietly browbeat them in the background so they offer the better results they would have given had she graduated when the player first spoke to them.
- If you leave the task of doing the painting of Altina in Janine's Quest until the Postgame and she dies in the Final Battle, you can neither have her gather flowers in the garden for her portrait nor sit for it.
- You can't get Varia's nude portrait painted in the Postgame if she died in the Final Battle. This will lock access to all the portraits dependent on that portrait being painted.
- The availability of the Five Leaders scene at Janine's Retrest is now conditional on Janine having joined the harem rather than the YHILIN FINAL state, for all you little freaks were able to get Janine to join harem but didn't. It's also conditional on Neranda having joined the harem AND not being dead.
- You can't paint the Three Maids portrait in the Postgame if Fuani is dead.
- You can't paint the Three Queens portrait in the Postgame if Neranda is dead.
- Trin should no longer appear in or be mentioned in the Gauntlet of Isolation while dead.
- Rebodied Stark is no longer loitering around the Nostalgic Home waiting for someone to talk to him about his item crafting plan while Simon and Wendis reminisce about their time there on first entering if you do Orcent's Quest and get the Immortal Thread before constructing the Nostalgic Home.
- The single inept guard at the doors of the Dari's Quest version of Ardford Cathedral, who had ONE DAMNED JOB, now apologizes for letting Trishia out to meet the party at the Gardens of Steam.
- Beginning Varia's Quest at the Lake of Destiny is now dependent on Mithyn having joined the harem to gate the Varia + Mithyn scene. Dominated Varia thinks that the player not having fucked Mithyn yet is bullshit, and she's tired of pretending otherwise.
- Completing Megail's Quest by entering Megail's Tower is now dependent on Wendis having been rebodied, to gate the Megail + Wendis scene.
- If you haven't started Iris's Quest by the time you are doing Megail's Quest, and you haven't Maxxed her, then when you talk to her about making the Cloak of Gold, instead of telling you to meet her in Helvanna to begin her quest and standing you up, she tells you how to get her maxxed so you can begin her quest.
- The NSFW images in the graphics for the harem members in Yarra's Spirit Bomb are no longer shown if Hide Scene Art is on. But the NSFW images of Yarra that follow them are still there.
- FMHM giving most characters a mulligan if they die in the Final Battle now also includes switching the status of Altina being in the party back on.
- The long Postgame conversation with Orcent on the Forgotten Island now has variant dialogue if Fuani is dead.
- Neranda and/or Tyna are not mentioned as alive in the Epilogue Throne Room if they're dead.
- Tyna is not referred to as alive on entering King Alonon's memorial if she's dead.
- If the guards in Farnan's Warehouse end up getting knocked out, you can now walk over their bodies so you can't get softlocked if they block you into a room.
- Some incorrectly walkable tiles on the Final Battle's Tower's Heart maps have now been made unwalkable.
- Somebody complained about "ensorceled" despite it being a valid alternate American spelling, so now it's "ensorcelled". I hope they're happy.
- Two characters in the House Rose library in the Postgame no longer wander around.
- Various Typos.
- Utterly pointless correction of some "smart" single and double quote marks to straight quote marks and removal of one redundant straight double quote per request of DukeLeto7.
Scripting:
- Fix to Ledger to handle cases of negative returns in a country subtotal or overall. (Principally for the case of purchasing the Deeds of Vinario in the 3rd Arclent War aftermath.)
- Above fix causes fatal crash in Erosian War aftermath returns.
- Revision to the script for the Trin Copies screen, correcting incorrect display of Aramite Rapists copy and revising "Young Jade Clerk" to "Young Jade Clerks".
Graphical Changes:
- Icon graphic for Orc Cleaver now a cleaver; that for Brutal Orc Spear now a spear.
- Hilstara's Tactical Eye skill now uses the same icon as the Tactical Eye state effect.
