Reading the wiki section for Ardford's summit (the Best Possible Results section), I just want to check if the the summit isn't bugged instead of the wiki being wrong. Even if the dwarven embassy is funded, it's 100% impossible to get the best result in the summit without bribing the merchant representative, while the wiki claims otherwise. Funding the expatriate program won't compensate Darghelon's lack of support.

DukeLeto7 The 10,000 ProN is necessary to obtain the best result, unless the player funds both the expatriate program and the 100,000 ProN bribe for the orc extermination motion. But, if you read the wiki:

Only convincing the Yhilini ambassador of your efforts to help the poor without agreeing to vote yes on the New Unpeople motion with Darghelon (or vice versa) leaves you one vote short on either Orc Extermination or War Vaults, depending on where you apply the dwarves' vote. You can remedy this by either bribing the Guilds' representative with 100,000 ProN, or by funding the Ghenalese expatriate assistance program to the sum of 120,000 ProN, depending on where you need an additional vote.

Likewise, the wiki is seemingly wrong in the scenario where the embassy isn't funded. To quote the wiki:

Opening the War Vaults requires Darghelon's voting support on Day 3; without it, you will be one vote short.

This part is wrong, unless you assume the player funded the expatriate program.

GammaPrime You know what? I don't know. Wait a week to see if Grim8P or Fulminato or Thosha or someone else weighs in and if you still care enough to do so, edit the wiki yourself. That's why it's a wiki.

GammaPrime I'm not sure I'm following your line of thinking. From memory, the first three bullet points under Best possible results > If you funded the embassy look right, and the fourth one sounds right. But if I understand what exactly the issue is I can go look at the code to see if there is an issue. So some thoughts:

I'm most inclined to believe that the wiki is wrong, if anything, because early wiki entries were not as consistently written by people who were opening up RPGM and looking at the code.
Can you write out what you think these two sections should be changed to say instead? That might help me understand your argument.

Rikimari36 Are you looking during Chapter 3 or Chapter 4? It's supposed to be 150,000 after the start of Chapter 4 and the code does appear to be coded properly...

So... I got fed up waiting for a save to be posted and just downloaded @Grim8P 's save from the start of Governing Yhilin II.

And you appear to be correct, the code is bugged in the extract of whatever the last version I downloaded is. (Probably 1.0.0). The cost items for Chapter 4 and NOT Chapter 4 appear to have been accidentally reversed by the meth-addled maniac who thought it would be a terrific idea to generate the code for the ledger script using bulk RegEx replaces. (That is, me.)

BUT..., the code is corrected in the latest version of the ledger script I got from Sierra when we were fixing the last bug. That correction just hasn't made its way into a new release yet. It's possible that this issue was previously reported by someone else and I don't remember having previously addressed it owing to incurable syphilitic imbecility.

I'll ping a note to Sierra to make sure it's correct in her latest working version.

DukeLeto7 This is, indeed, a duplicate report. Unless something is slipped up again, it will be fixed in the next release.

Should the Megail's thoughts box for funding the Slum Fighting Ring with discressionary funds be saying that it costs 150,000, rather than 15% or something?

Edit: just noticed that's exactly what was being discussed immediately above me, I guess a bunch of people are getting to that point in their playthrough all at once.

There is dialogue between Riala and Nalili during Riala's request where Nalili mentions hoping one day to be able to do body modification magic. If you do Nalili's request before this, Nalili has already been trained in body modification, causing a continuity error.

I'd like to have Nalili's EXACT words, because searching through the data dump of the game's event code looking for a line that looks like what you said is going to cause me to go completely insane, and I don't know the map for Riala's request well enough to be able to easily track down the dialogue you are talking about through the RPG Maker interface. (Assuming it even happens on the map for Riala's request and not in the events on other maps that take you to it...)

If you could also remind me whereabouts on the Orgasmic Palace maps Nalili learns body modification, that'd be helpful. There may be a global or event specific switch for that event being complete... and I just KNOW if I give Sierra the "Nalili request completed" switch for use in modifying the line for the continuity error you describe, SOMEBODY is going to partially complete Nalili's request up to the point where she learns body modification and then have an ADHD event that causes them to stop and do Riala's request and come back reporting the same continuity error.

In Nalili's Request, we train her in the hidden room behind the prison wall in the Orgasmic Palace. We have the option to train her there multiple times, and it's either the first or second time that she explicitly learns how to change her breast size if I recall correctly. That is directly applicable to the conversation with Riala, where she discusses disappointment that she didn't grow tall or busty like her mother.

ThruTHEhead Sierra decided to make the edit. There may or may not be a new release upcoming to cut down on the re-reports of ledger bugs where the fixes are done but unreleased.
