Gonna leave this here for transparency sake below (maybe it'll show up for someone else googling this like I did, but I've done a little more poking around and found out that Carina is RP locked at 99 until some point at the future. Made a new account to report my first bug I've encountered, namely, I can't seem to have Carina's RP score move to 100. I've just finished the council of gawnfall in chapter 4 and went to invest in the ivalan bank with her at at 99, but she stayed there. I used the online save editor then to try and manually set the rp score to 100, but it stayed at 99. I tried loading an earlier save back towards the beginning of chapter 4 to see if I could set the rp score up to 100 but the same thing happened.

It is intended that certain characters cannot be RP capped until specific events, yes. Carina's event happens very late in the game and is intended as you have discovered. I appreciate that you updated your post for future people to find though.

There are 2 bugs in Aka's path
1st (minor): You can gain access to the secret tunnels (throne room) before talking to Janine (the shining spot indicating the entrance only appears when talking to Janine, but you can still access it without having talked to her)
2nd (more important): swears discovered that by refusing to purchase alchemical ingedients in the square and purchasing them in the second instance you don't actually pay Sx (Map 147: 007,010)

No idea how this happened, but I can control Grynith to roam around the base during Godess Trainer. There's also no save file point in the prison.
Aaaand I can't go back inside. Great.

I don't see any issues with the relevant events. Can you provide more information?

A save file before the issue occurs with instructions on how to replicate it would be particularly helpful. If not, any information about how you got to this state is still helpful.
What build are you playing on?
Talking to the orc, it looks like she graduated. What did you do leading up to completing the quest?
There is a save point in the holding cells. It is the magic sigil two tiles to the right of Orilise.

I can teleport, but I already fought everything so I can't test it, but theorically, yes I can fight !!! With that said, I can't put equipment and she have no skills.
Just roaming around is plenty fun ^^

I did nothing, I just went outside to switch to Simon, and got stuck
I know there is a save point normally, but it is invisible and I can't interact with it.

I can replicate the issue. For some reason you have Switch 5100 set to ON before you even begin. Looking at the most recent public build, 0.74.7, this would only be capable through save editing. If you haven't done so, there may be a bug in an older version of the game that has since been patched.

You can fix your file by just turning that switch off. If you need assistance with this, jump on the official Sierra Lee Discord server and then DM me.

Potentially unintended behavior: If you buy magic trade in round 3, you don't get the synergy bonus when calculating DF in Round 4 (it only triggers if you have both in Round 3 or 5).

Map: 345 Slum House of Petitions
Event: 005 at coordinates (000,000)
Issue: During calculations for 2nd House of Petitions DF, Switch [0693 Magic Sales Synergy] is not toggled on even when the player owns both the "Ardoheim Magic Trade" and "Stineford Magic Shop" investments if the player acquired "Ardoheim Magic Trade" during the Reunion, resulting in less DF than expected.

Tested on 0.74.7

Janine's Retreat map 213, Megail event at (29,10, page 1), sets Switch 0693 Magic Sales Synergy to ON if you have Switch 0305 Ardoheim Magic Trade and Switch 0200 Stineford Magic Shop both set to ON. I don't see an issue with the event.
Slum House of Petitions map 345, event at (00,00, page 1) has the synergy switch checked about halfway down the page.

Where are you expecting the switch to be set that it isn't? Maybe if you go get your returns from Megail and then you go get the investment afterwards? Something else?

I see that the 5 Yhilin > Archon Inn map 95 event at (11,13, pages 3-6) don't set that switch when you pick up the purchase. But neither do the Stineford Shops map 49 event at (04,05, page 2 and 5) when you make the investment.

Sorry if I was confusing the issue, If you buy in Round 1/2, flag is set for Round 3 returns. If you buy in round 1/3, flag is set for Round 5 returns, skipping Round 4 (DF round).

It sounds like the flag check was added to the regular return calculation, but not the special round 4 calculation.

I got the technical information from the discussion on discord, didn't look at the map code myself, but my understanding is this flag is getting set upon/right before calculation of returns, rather than on purchase.

Potentially wrong synergy learned (Nalili+Varia) during Nalili's Request.

Map: 201 Sparring Yards
Event: 028 Nalili Quest (015,028)
Issue: 444: Desperate Masturbation and 445: Desperate Masturbation seemed to have gotten mixed up. 444 is learned when Switch 0263 is On, and 445 is learned when the Switch is Off. I believe it's supposed to be the other way around.

Observed on VX Ace, Game version 74.7 (more info available on Discord #tls-help-me-chat.)

Issue: You can clip through the shelf to get to the other side.

When talking to the sister in the Noble Pub during "Return to Stineford" she clips into the table she's sitting at.
