DukeLeto7 throwaway531 The orc weapons are working as intended as they are for use in Balia's Quest. Still interested in seeing that save file for the Zelica portrait switch.
throwaway531 DukeLeto7 Yeah it was the switch, wasn't toggled. Works now though. Here's a save with it affected, I must have played that section and not have it toggle for some reason.
Thosha There is a small bug in Vhala's quest, during the fight in Ghenalon if you complete it too fast you don't get Vhala's Lust Arrow. I can do it consistently with a good team (Vhala, Qum, Yarra, Carina).
Thosha DukeLeto7 During Vhala's quest in Ghenalon where you fight an enemy switching between Purity weakness and Sex weakness. Ghenalon (Kaant), south of northeast building.
DukeLeto7 Thosha Sierra wants an estimate of how hard it is to beat the Ghenalon battle before the Lust Arrow event. Is it something likely to happen in a first playthrough?
Thosha DukeLeto7 I did it on accident, but I knew the fight. I had a pretty good team for it (probably not the best) and almost the best gear (which most people would have this point). I would say make it one turn shorter to make the event happen (Lust Arrow) and start with weakness to purity instead of lust (in order for Vhala to obtain Lust Arrow and immediatly being able to use it). Or buff the bosses HP I would say first-timers (with no guide) would have no chance to miss it, if they restart the fight maybe 10%. With a guide that doesn't warn them almost 80%. (My estimates)
DukeLeto7 Thosha This is what SL Sez: "I did plan for that. How much faster did he win? If it's much faster, I can move up the skill. But if it's the sort of thing you're unlikely to do on a first play and he's only a turn or two faster, I'm fine with that."
Thosha DukeLeto7 I don't think I can miss it (Lust Arrow) if it is shortened by 1 turn As it is, it's unlikely to happen on a first playthrough, unless he dies or restarts the fight and choses a better party then I'd say it's about 5-10% likely (5-10% is thinking worst case scenario)
DukeLeto7 throwaway531 We're just going to assume the switch didn't exist in the first version of the Philon content.
Thosha There are quite a few monsters in the game that don't despawn. This is not really a bug, but I feel like they should be gone by the start of chapter 4 (open world). Here is a list of them (probably something to do in polishing of the game): Wanderer 2 monster in Eastern forest 2 monster in Southwestern forest, wolves Megail’s path 2 monsters in Aram dessert (central NE and central SW) Chapter 3 First root: all monsters Twisted Glenn: all monsters Twisted Glenn: (one is flagged as 'intro character' I don't know if that is intended) Western Desert: 5 monsters
DukeLeto7 I'm going to be a pain in the ass and ask that you provide map coordinates for these events. It will make Sierra's life much easier.
Thosha I created an excell with it, hope it helps: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1E1OkmDQT9TjQIFbhzXahRdncgoMe0pK9II6HbraHOaQ/edit?usp=sharing Let me know if this helps at identifying the monsters that 'should' despawn. It's just that many monsters have a switch to despawn after the event they first appeared in, I think that for consistency's sake it should be applied to all monsters (at least those before chapter 4 since then you can revisit places). I think it is fun to add new monsters in chapters 4, gives you a reason to revisit old places, just don't reward players that didn't thorougly clear all areas (especially First Root)
