I've been reading the recent changes you've made to your guide and I noticed that you got Aram to help on Vhala's quest. The problem for me is that I was still following your old one up until the Expansion to Rodak part, so I didn't pick the "Boost Aram" option in Eustrin final. Can I simply edit my save and increase Aram's score by 5 and decrease Ivalan's acceptance by 2 or will it break the save somehow?

Zorad You can do that with no issues (no additional triggers are in play). Although I also made some changes at Gawnfall to increase Nabith score by 2 (for the final battle). But these are all rather insignificant since all these changes I recently implemented can be diregarded and still get the best outcomes for Vhala's quest (Crest of Nations) and the final battle. I also updated my savefiles and I have 1 right at the start of entering the projection room on Vhala's quest if you want.

This should be the last update on my walkthrough until the post-game (which shouldn't change too much).

Thosha You've been making some optional recommendations regarding equipment purchases that players may wish to consider. In the Erosian Prelude, you state, "(Optional) Buy a Lean Unbow".

It's interesting and I've purchased this once in the past. But there may be something even more useful for less money: the Gloves of Aram.

One very minor script change. In the Holy Plane section after Tower II, you state, "After meeting the Anak, Xerces says: "Your primary defenses are less admirable"" I recommend changing Xerces to Xestris, because she's the one saying it, not the Anak.

Thosha There seems to be a signficant problem with your walkthrough. Naturally is the hated Gawnfall.
In the Minor Votes section, you state:
"West side
Megail: "Ardford"
Orilise: "Eustrin"
Iris: "Mercantile Issues"
Yelarel: "Mother's Restrictions"
Lynine: "Mother's Restrictions"
Herin: "Mercantile Issues"
Wynn: "Goddess of Magic Request"

to allocate the assorted relevant characters and the issues they should address.

Then on the East side of the projection you state:
"ALL: "Yes"[172]
DON'T accept the restrictions for Sarai
Sarai's influence remaining: 0

This is where the problem comes in. You enter the projection with 14 influence points from Sarai. However,
Mercantile needs 4;
Succubus Knights needs 2;
Sinking Melmyn needs 2;
Ardford access needs 1;
Vera's proposal needs 3;
Eustrin minimal needs 3.

That's 15 points, and you don't have 15, only 14. So, which does not get done?
Regardless of which choice is made for which project is uncompleted, this line is incorrect.
"Sarai influence remaining: 0"

Your advice? Please check my results, because I followed your walkthrough precisely. All the numbers work out exactly up to the Minor Issues phase. And this is irritating because it used to work out perfectly. As best I can tell, the only project that doesn't seem to matter immediately is Succubus Knights. Either that or have Sarai take restrictions.

cgh I know what the issue is, mercantile issue can be lowered to only requiring 3 points by having a religion score of 40 (you should have exactly 40 by that point). I made a small adjustment in purchases by buying the GoM in Yhilin Slums early for this. If this is not it, you are missing 1 religion point somewhere. I tested it out myself (see savefiles) so it should all work properly.
Please tell me if this fixes the issue.

Thosha Great diagnosis. How can I tell what my religion score is? I looked through the list on Secret Score and I thought I did everything, certainly including the Goddess Statue. (Is it reasonable to suggest how much I hate Gawnfall?)

But it doesn't really matter. I simply went back to an old save immediately after Gawnfall (Return to Stenai) where everything was working fine. I added your recommended equipment purchases and everything as good as new. By the way, very good work you did on getting Gawnfall to work as well as it did.

cgh I use RPGMakerSaveEdit to check my stats, a good indicator to know it is if your Mercantile Issue costs 3 influence points.
Gawnfall is a bane on existance and I've had to reroute quite often starting from it.

Im a little confused on something. I've been following the walkthrough perfectly, but when I get to just before the Ardford Summit, Janine's rp is only at 72 and not 77.

If you are missing exactly 5 pts. it should be reasonable to find which one of the items in the list is missing.

Thank you Thosha for the detailed walkthrough. It has been immensely helpful for min/maxing. Also the saves saved me from going back to an earlier save from HOURS before.

2. I noticed in Save No.68 (and presumably other saves as well), the unique orc Ralk is missing his iconic Orc Hero's Sword. It's not on any other orcs either nor in the inventory. Did you accidentally sell it earlier in the playthrough? Is there anyway to get it back?

Channeled Luck + Blade Dance is insane. Might be a little over powered. I dont see how you can take Varia out of the lineup outside those weird Lilith areas

Varia's one weakness was she had low D and could be one shot, now she has 3 turns of what seems like 80-90% dodge success. Spiders in Return to Eustrin used to be somewhat challenging, now with immediate luck/Blade dance, 2 of them die within those 3 turns just about every time. Havent got much further on my replay with the new skills yet. I am glad Sierra put a delay on Blade Dance so you cant just spam them

swears Plus throw in being able to sub in Yarra during the mop up phase of a fight to recharge mana, and Vaira's other issue of Blade Dance being high mana cost goes away as well

Btw, for the Anak race at the 2nd Gathering, I've found it super helpful to use the map for a couple of direct moves and the flip to the character page to pause the timer and see what the next move is. Never had to run it more than once

MonarchsVolition end of chapter 4 before killing the fucklord. Killing the fucklord is more optimized. But I don't do it.
