Sluttier Altina and Dominated Varia in an Optimized Playthrough?

Hey guys. Long time fan, first time poster.

As the title suggests, I've been curious about finally trying a playthrough with the 'worse' versions of Altina and Varia (I always get to that point but can never bring myself to do it), but I'd like to keep it optimized as much as possible.

With Fulminato's guide as a baseline, what are the things I would need to do a little differently in order to still achieve optimal results in stuff like the Battle of Yhilin, 3rd Arclent War, Gawnfall Council, etc.?

Or, if optimal results are legitimately impossible to achieve without cheating, what would be the least damaging path I could take?

I know this is a huge question with a lot of variables to take into account, so thanks in advance to anyone trying to answer it 😃

Basically, past the battle of yhilin it's almost irrelevant which version of the two you have.

You aren't going to hit megail 100 post battle of yhilin, and you need to pay attention to qum rp if you want her to hit 100 to heal the house leader after the battle too. You shouldn't have any issues hitting Aka 80 at least. You also need to be careful with chaos and collateral damage since those scores both get a 2 point shift compared to saner reshaped routes.

You won't have enough Uyae RP to get the best threshold for her in the third arclent war but that doesn't really matter.

You also have no choice but to ally with Orilise instead of Lynine if you want the best results in the elven section, since the Denmiel Archives access is essential for Aka's language lessons without Saner Altina's help, but Orilise is the better option in an optimal route anyway because of aram score.

So really, other than the not hitting megail 100 it barely matters at all for current game version.

Actually, is there a compilation of all the little differences there is between siding with Orilise or Lynine somewhere? I keep hearing Orilise is just better, but I'm curious how this translates in practice.

There are four main things, Orilise gives extra language lessons for Aka in the archives, who you side with makes an extra investment available at the end of the third arclent war(mostly doesn't matter, you won't have enough money for the flowhouse in addition to the more profitable investments, and the archives are better bought post gawnfall most of the time but you might want to get them here for the +1 social so Orilise is better there too), petitions you have to deal with at the end of the third arclent war(This is where Orilise really shines, she blocks a petition that is a guaranteed minimum -1 aram score if you have to deal with it and gives a +1 aram score by dealing with it herself for a net +2 aram score over Lynine). The final point the decision matters is in chapter 4. While technically based on rp not who you allied with, you can't get enough rp with the girl you didn't ally with to pass this check although I might be able to make a deliberately awful route where I fail both rp checks. Lynine gives you extra ginasta rp, and Orilise gives you an extra tower score. This one actually goes to Lynine as Orilise's bonus is basically worthless here, but Ginasta RP are plentiful enough.

One other point of interest is that you can unlock Orilise's max RP at gawnfall without sacrificing any lynine RP, but the decision that unlocks Lynine's max RP forces you to benefit Lynine instead of Orilise which costs you some potential Orilise RP if you'd sided with Lynine(Lynine should already be at 99 by that point in an optimal playthrough where you sided with her and Orilise will still have some RP she needs). So basically Lynine is easier to cap if you side with Orilise, than Orilise is to cap if you side with Lynine.
