If you want to mod it for personal use:
- Get a RPG Maker VX Ace decrypter and run it on the "Game.rgss3a" file inside your game's folder, this should produce two new folders, "Data" and "Graphics".
- Inside the "Graphics" folder there should be a "Characters" folder that contains all of the game's event pictures, I believe the one you're looking for is "$sokubaku02R_cip(VX)". If you're only looking to make minor edits, you can just edit the image in any image editor of your preference, but you might want to check a RPG Maker sprite tutorial if you run into any problem. Also, if you're not looking to "fix" the graphics and just want to remove them, do NOT delete the file containing their art, just edit the image to be empty so the graphics are invisible, deleting the file would cause the game to crash. Do keep in mind making these sprites "invisible" means that you won't be able to see them if they are reused anywhere else in the game.
- Place the "Data" and "Graphics" folders inside your game's folder, remove the "Game.rgss3a" file from your game's folder, and that should be it. When you run the game's executable it will use your modified files.
Making it shareable is another matter entirely, if you just want to share it with a small group of friends you can probably just relay the instructions I wrote here and help them through it and use your own modified files. The dev is probably not going to remove these sprites from the game unless she finds a better replacement, if you're willing to make your own or find said replacement, then you could probably contact her either on the Dev's blog or on her patreon. Can't guarantee she will do it for this, but she has included fan-made graphical improvements in the past.
