I've checked twice at Premium steel and Yarra just repeats a statement about needing materials.
According to https://thelastsovereign.miraheze.org/wiki/Custom_equipment I should only need the liquid sex item.
I have the item from saving Carina's men with the Arigarda, so under this logic I should have met the criteria. however she still wont proceed with the custom item creation.
So I am just wondering, is there hidden criteria? does some event have to occur first before it can happen? is there an unstated reagent that also required? or is my save bugged? (I really hope not the 3rd possibility)
