Premium Steel investment seems to have uninvested itself?

Hi All,

I dont know if this is a bug, if i made an error, or if i misunderstand a mechanic.
I bought premium steel investment early in the game, I got Hilstara's helm (thus verifying that i definitely did buy this investment.
But now the shop keeper is asking me to invest again, they have been doing that for a couble chapters now, i thought maybe the wars were suppressing the investment but nope im in chapter 4 and they are still asking me to invest again.

So im wondering;
Is this a bug and I should still have my investment?
Is this a consequence of something i failed to prevent?
or is this a mechanic where I have to reinvent per custom equipment i commission? (Kinda harsh if this is true)

Lord_Uriel This sounds like the correct behavior. There are two tiers of Premium Steel investment. Investing during your first visit to Yhilin in Ch1 is a temporary arrangement allowing you to produce weapons for your orc army. It only produces profits of 100,000 at the Reunion, none afterwards. It is supposed to drop off the ledger at the start of Ch3, but this is currently bugged and will be fixed in a future release.
The second stage of Premium Steel investment is available starting at the Reunion. It replaces the Ch1 investment on the ledger list and produces returns for the rest of the game. Having the Ch1 investment grants you a discount on buying the second stage.
Owning either investment is not a prerequisite for making Hilstara's Helm, if I am reading the game code correctly. The second stage is required for future custom equipment.

DukeLeto7 Thank yo for this information, i knew i was missing something. Hopefully my ProN balance will be not too overstretched on the next cycle I reach, but at least now i can make informed investment decisions.
