For no very good reason I trawled through the event contents dump for the new Patreon version and made the following obsessively detailed notes about the changes:
New Ledger (I helped.)
The ledger changes to the returns were so massive that I couldn't hand check them all for differences.
Tutorial Book available at start of the Prologue.

Megail now gives "investment cards" with her evaluations of many investments.

In the orc horde battle aftermath your scouts recover merchant loot ProN based on how many mercenary groups you have hired. If AriGarda alone, 10000 ProN. If 2 not including the AriGarda, 5000 ProN. If 2 including the AriGarda, 25000 ProN, if 3 50000 ProN.
Stevrin now gets his proper faceset in Megail's Route.
You can skip the sexual encounters with the ogre and the orc council during Yarra's Route with no consequences. Qum not getting assfucked by the futa succubus still denies you early access to Balia.
If you have less than 1 million ProN after the returns at the Reunion, Megail gives you an additional 100000 ProN. She also proposes a "remedial investment" called "Funding Vacuum" that costs 250000 and returns 200000 after the 3rd Arclent War and another 200000 every Ch4 and Ch5 returns event.
Synergy cost discount for mercenary maintenance at the start of the Reunion investment returns. If 3 mercenary groups are employed, the Iron Cudgel costs 15000, the Dusty Horde costs 20000 and the AriGarda costs 35000. If 2 mercenary groups are employed, the Iron Cudgel costs 20000, the Dusty Horde costs 30000 and the AriGarda costs 50000. If only one is employed, the costs are the previously standard 30000, 45000 and 75000.

The Lesbian lovers from Dari's quest now make an appearance in the Postgame.
Gravvo, the urchin from the murder mystery in Dari's Quest, now first appears early in the Ardford Business District outside the Silver Stump after Gawnfall.
Post battle dialogue between Nalili, Yarra and Carina added in the Abandoned Quarry section during Dari's rescue.

If I'm reading this right, Melymyn appears standing ominously on the ridge on the eastern edge of the Denmiel map from the visit to the Elven Forests in Ch3 until after Synod.
Some additional pre battle dialogue from Lynine or Orilise in the Forest of the First Root.
The Iron Cudgel and AriGarda mercenary investments (but not having bribed AriGarda to work for House Rose at the Reunion which did nothing here and still doesn't) no longer negatively affect the calculation determining available personal discretionary funds.
Exiting the Zirantia Palace Entrance map to go to the Zirantia Plaza no longer takes to the renovated Zirantia Plaza unless you have funded the Zirantian Slums Renovation AND it's the Postgame.
Additional lines from Uyae on picking up an Artifact and after fighting enemy groups in Yarra's Zirantian Ruins.
If you have less than 1500000 ProN after the 3rd Arclent War returns, Megail will offer you a "remedial investment" called "War Reconstruction". It costs 250000 and returns 500000 in every Ch4 returns event and 200000 in every Ch5 returns event. If you do not buy it in the post-3rd Arclent War investment conference, it will be available in the Yhilin Palace Throne Room from Ch4 on.
