Hello, I finished a suboptimal run very recently, and I wish to report a pretty big list of miscellaneous issues. If you need a specific savefile to reproduce a bug, I kept a lot of them.
1) During Aka's segment in chapter 2, if the party leaves Altina in the elven ghetto, Altina is still findable in Yhilin's palace.
2) During chapter 3, the Bridge Repair investment costs 10% discretionary funds. But Megail's window says the price is 10000 ProN.
3) Investing in Premium Steel is still possible during chapter 3.
4) During chapter 3, the Slum Fighting Ring investment costs 150000 ProN. But Megail's window says the price is 15%.
5) Sho's introductory dialogue in the orc pools still happens after the Erosian crisis.
6) In chapters 4-5, the Dwarren Embassy price is variable. But Megail's window says the price is 700000 ProN.
7) If during chapter 3, the player didn't talk some orcs (like the one in front of the stalls in the outskirsts), those orcs still appear in chapter 4+. Talking to one of them reactivates the Orc Development quest in the questlog.
8) If during Return to Stineford, the Mismanaged Funds quest was skipped, it's still possible to talk with Carina at the cathedral before making the final decisions.
9) Dari's portrait in the hall of mortality is always in her unwoman form, even if she was given her restored form.
10) Allue's and Alluon's post Gawnfall dialogue still triggers when entering Zirantia's palace after the Erosian war.
11) Talking to Stineford's tavern master about rats during chapter 5 leads to a line from Aka saying "That was trivially easy for us when we started...". This line still happens if the player never killed the rats during chapter 1.
12) The dialogue between Farnan and Bhakan in one of New Givini's shops can still happen if this shop wasn't visited during the Ardan succession crisis.
13) If the player acquires the true stone in the stone tower, the associated entry in A New Life doesn't get greened in the the questlog.
14) During the Incubus war, the party is recovers from their status effect after fighting Mestan and Lilith. But there is a scenario where such a recovery doesn't happen. The Deprived, Blight and Relaxed states stay on after fighting Mestan and Lilith in front of Mithyn's palace ("Focus on Mithyn" branch).
15) In the Incubus prison, the Ogre's cave is mentioned by Simon as looking like the blighted cave. This line occurs even if the blighted cave was never visited.
16) After completing Ginasta's request, talking to Ginasta in the HQ can lead to a sex scene with her even if Simon didn't recover from the Incubus prison.
17) Nalili and Esthera appear behind the Orgasmic Empire's throne room for a possible dialogue after the second Gathering. If this dialogue isn't triggered before Nalili's request, this leads to a double Nalili appearing on map.
18) The player can lock themselve out of the Philon Slaves return investment if they don't speak to Lexande before the Incubus war. I'm not sure it's intended.
19) During the final battle and the attack on Tak'kan, a dialogue about endorsing Elleani for the Warden of the South role can happen if the player didn't trigger it before.
20) Some unstable chosen don't die when they use their sacrifice skill. I found one occurence in the second fight for the northern locus.
