I also found two minor text mistakes in the final battle (which I now finished without the new skills 😃):
1) When Tertia and Mithyn confront Xerces in the race to the tower's heart, Tertia says "Don't you see how this going, by now?", missing an "is" (presumably).
2) Responding to Yarra's lust bomb, Tyna says "Just focus on sending all Yarra all our strength..." there's one to many "all" in that sentence.

During Orcent's request, I was able to get the immortal thread even though I'd never met Stark before. Dialogue suggested that Orcent couldn't send the chest to Simon, but the chest was sent anyways.
Then, going to the nostalgic house, Stark was magically there (first time I'd seen him in the playthrough), and I got the immortal cloak.

First of all, just wanted to say the game is amazing and how incredible the writing is.
but I encountered an Error and I don't know how to fix it.

I was 30 hours in, this error occurred when I attempted to save and the game crash.
Now every time I try to open the game this error pop up and the game shut itself down.

Sorry for the late reply, I'm still trying to figuring out how to up load the saves up here.
Though I have to mention that I played on Steam version of the game and I'm running it on a Linux OS by Wine (a program which helps Linux run Windows Program)
I tried deleting the saves to see if it work but Steam cloud put my effort to waste.

I was able to make the game run normally again!
I searched for the save file which was most recently modified and delete it.
It was corrupted and wasn't backed by steam cloud.

Here are a few things I've noticed a while back but never thought to bring up beforehand.

The quest "Rick's familiy" is still in my journal in the end game. Initially, Rick's Uncle was in the cathdral (both parents were probably dead) and Rick disappeared looking for his parents. Rick was never seen again, but the uncle and the nun are still in the Cathedral. From what I rember, the quest has been alternating between being failed and active in my journal throughout the game. It currently shows as being active. It also shows as a one stick quest, when the wiki says it should be a two stick quest.

The next two points are probably engine things, and probably unfixable, but I thought I'd mention them just in case.

The time it takes to open the save menu seems to linearly scale with how many savefile you have. Since it's gradual, I did not notice at first, but when I reached around 60 save files, that meanu would take seconds to open, which was unbearable. Clearing them all fixed the issue. Easily fixed, but will be a problem for people who like to fill all save slots.
I have not played the game on PC for a while, so I can only vouch for Steam deck with the following. Consistently, after reaching around 2h in a single play session, the game's performance will tank. The frame rate will become inconsistent, the game stutters... It's very noticeable, and it's like a swicth has been flipped, not gradual at all. Restarting the game is pretty much mandatory at that point, and thankfully, fixes the issue. I'm sure this did not occur before. I can't say for sure that this started happening when I moved to steam deck, so I don't know if it's hardware related. What I'm sure of is that it's not an overheating issue (temperature is unchanged) and not a battery issue (steam deck was plugged in the entire time). I'll need to do a long session on PC to gauge if it's hardware related or not. This is way more disruptive than the previous point.

Something else I'd forgotten:

Janine's quest; Playthrough where you didn't save Altina. In the scene where Qum draws her portrait of the harem, she shows a version without Altina. But the version you get in the base still features Altina.

Another minor performance point:

At the beginning of the final battle, when capturing the first locus from Hester, she activates a barrier which is depicted as a flashing yellow sphere. While active, that effect tanks the performances, both on steam deck and PC (60->30 fps; slowed down text)

Some points in the final battle:

There is actually another identical FPS-killing "blinking sphere effect" just like Hester's on Xerces's locus!
In the final section, just after taking the northern locus, when Hester and Xerces make their simultaneous final push for the center, the text (through Orcent or maybe Riala) claims that they each have only a single locus left. Even though in my game, the Anak pushed the Aka/Yarra group back, and still had two, which was even reflected on the map as the dialogue played.
After this segment, when confronting the Anak at his base, we encounter the "God killer" ennemy there. Party members comment on it, including Vhala, even though in my save, she had been injured by Xerces at the very beginning of the fnial battle, and was not in the party at this moment.
Finally, probably not a bug. Going back to the harem prison segment, there is an interaction between Riala and Varia that begins with the sentence "Varia, it seems to me that you are being rather incautious" and ends with "(I mislike this deathseaking behaviour from Varia [...])". It happens towards the end (near S7 in the picture from the wiki IIRC), I understand this is forshadowing Varia scene towards the end of the game. What threw me off is that nothing obvious prompted this interaction, Varia had been silent in the prison so far. Making me wonder if I'd missed another dialogue that would provide context to Riala enquiry, or if Varia's behaviour was instead meant to be implicit. (IIRC, the most recent instance of Varia expressing death-seeking recklessness would be her dialogue with Simon at the clearing before starting the whole battle, which was quite some time away by that point). Once again, this is most likely not a bug, but I noted it down just in case.

A save before this result is reached.
A screenshot of the map showing 2 instead of 1 and the exact quote saying they only have one locus each. Who says it doesn't matter as long as I have the full quote.

I just got my hands on the steam 0.79.2 release after writting the above.

I noticed that Lilith's "randomness" does not seem to work anymore. It just says "Lilith uses randomness" (not the name of the picked attack) and then fails.
Nits: The pop up for Carina's "Smite" show Uyae, even when using the regular, non-synergy version.
Nits: Aka's Bloody Lunge (skill from the final battle) has no pop up (yet!)

Another nitpick, probably up to preference and possibly impossible to fix due to engine limitation.

With the combat busts on, if you pick an attack with several strikes that hits an ennemy on the left side of the screen, the damage numbers that pop are hidden behind the character bust that's also on the left of the screen. Easy example to reproduce: Varia uses blade dance on the leftmost orc in the base's training ground. I can imagine several people would like to see the damage numbers, and have them pop over the character bust instead of behind it.

Apologies, that description I gave is actually fairly inaccurate. I've tried again today: the damage number first pops up on top of the character bust, clearly visble, then fades behind the busts when the next damage number appears. So the numbers are definitely still visible, maybe just for less time than before. And I've also tried with other similar attacks like Simon's or Uyae's, and the numbers are also visible on top of the busts when they first appear.
Another nit, maybe intentional: in the final battle, after the order of Silence joins and boosts Hilstara, her combat bust changes with her tabard going from red to blue (at least I think that's the reason why it changed). But the new helmet they give her, which appears on her portrait, is not reflected on the combat bust. This is likely intentional. Mentioning it just in case.

After the most recent Steam update my game has developed some wild graphical glitching. It looks like an old worn out VCR tape with staticky, interfering mixed up rgb lines of colour smattered across the screen, vascillating wildly.
