+2 for talking to Palina
+1 for choosing the "Listen" option when interacting with Qum.

i dont think ive done the lord of blood lamia.
im not sure about the thertia one, but i think she didnt help so +1
the orcent conversation in the frumpled feather in philon doenst triggers for me
i think ive done at least 2 of the following:
+1 for Eustrin Final.
+1 for Warden of the South.
+1 for creating a body for Wendis.
but still simon cant recover. am i missing something? any help would be much appreaciated

sadly eustrin final and waredn of the south count only if done after the prison, not before (as opposite the other harem quest) i don't know for wendis body (if made it before still count for the recovery).
fist thing i advise it's to check your hidden scores with a saveditor. the variable you want check is #0421:Simon recovery.

if thertia helped you should have the switch #4519:Tertia Helped On, for the lamias the switch is #4337:Lamias Spared

PS: for the pilonese bar you need enter two times for trigger the bar chat with orcent
